Eeek, what do I do?

We try to ensure that the site's interface is sufficiently well illustrated and annotated to mean that you won't need much help in finding your way around, but we do appreciate sometimes it's just not clear how to get from A to B. This section of the site documents a few of the things our users have told us were tricky to understand. If you'd like something to be included here, please get in touch.

How do I get an invoice for my purchase?
When you bought one of our products, you should have received an email from 'Devopera' with user credentials. Simply login with those credentials and click the 'Orders' tab on the 'My account' page you're automatically taken to (it's also available as a link at the top and bottom of this and every page).
If for any reason you haven't received an email from us, please check your SPAM folder. We never send SPAM and we follow all Google's recommendations (SPF TXT records etc.), but just occasionally an over-zealous SPAM filter can hide our communications to you.
