Common fireport resource for multiple

We've released a new defined type as part of our open source docommon module called fireport. Fireport allows you to declare all your firewall resources using a standard format, then route them either through example42's firewall module or puppetlabs's firewall module. It also abstracts away the complexity of setting up firewall resource defaults for persistence and the pre & post stage, required by puppetlabs' type.

It's very simple at this stage, but it allows you to expose ports through a firewall anywhere in your manifests or modules without worrying about the specifics of the firewall of your host. We plan to extend it for ConfigServer firewall, which we use on our live deployments, in the near future.
